4. John H. EHLE was born in 1847 in Cazenovia, Madison Co., NY. He appeared on the census in 1880 in Colby, Marathon Co., WI.⁽¹⁴⁾ He was living on 15 Mar 1886 in Colby, Marathon Co., WI. ⁽¹⁵⁾ He died after 1900. He served in the military Civil War.

He was married to Mary Ammelie HILL on 25 Dec 1871. ^(21)(22) John H. EHLE and Mary Ammelie HILL had the following children:
